Mr. Shiver has been active in leasing and sales of real estate since 1995. Working primarily with Landlords, Tenants and Property Owners in the Atlanta industrial market, Mr. Shiver utilizes his experience in real estate and years of demonstrated successful sales and marketing results to assist his clients with their business needs.

Prior to joining King Industrial Realty, Mr. Shiver worked in the technology business with companies such as AT&T and Nortel Networks where he was consistently a top performer.  Preceding his technical career, Mr. Shiver enjoyed a varied background including positions as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for a small textile mill, Territory Manager for Burlington Industries.
