LEASED | King Industrial is pleased to announce that with this current 54,757 lease, the entire building at 5245 Westgate Dr. has been successfully leased. The building, comprising 70,777 square feet, is leased to two tenants.
Our Atlanta-based leasing team, Wilson Covington and Randall Bryan facilitated the lease on behalf of the building’s owner, GID Industrial.
