Mr. Bays has been with King Industrial Realty, Inc. since 2007.  As a licensed real estate agent and Industrial expert of 13 years, Mr. Bays focuses on corporate client representation in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, built to suit assignments and intricate investment sales of warehouse-distribution, and manufacturing facilities. Mr. Bays’ concentration is on Industrial land and warehouse properties throughout the Atlanta Metro area, with emphasis on the I-20 West and I-85 North submarkets.  Through his expansive broker network and partnerships, Mr. Bays has been able to assist his clients in successful multi-market assignments throughout the United States.

Prior to joining King Industrial Realty, Inc. Mr. Bays spent four years as Vice President of Sales and Leasing with NAI Brannen Goddard, where he specialized in representing tenants and landlords throughout the Atlanta Industrial market.
